The Machine being built right under our nose

We've been told that a brand new multi million dollar hotel/ casino filled swanky restaurants and boutiques, but we aren't being told everything. If you look closely you may notice that this construction site is in fact a facade for something of much greater importance. The National Harbor located on the Potomac is billing itself as: "Introducing National Harbor, the place that changes everything. How you live. How you work. How you shop. How you play.

This premier destination is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. An exciting, sprawling community that includes fine restaurants, unparalleled shopping, stunning office space and lavish residences. There’s also Gaylord National, the largest hotel in the Washington, D.C. area and the largest non-gaming combined hotel and convention center on the entire east coast. National Harbor brings together recreation, work, living and entertainment in a way that has never been done before."

Sounds like a sham to me. The secrecy surrounding this 'Harbor' has led me to believe that the U.S. Government is in fact building "The Machine" that was used in the movie 'Contact' for the purpose of meeting with intelligent life outside of our solar system.

Notice anything? I'll be using advanced photo analysis software to bring you all further proof that this new site on the shores on Maryland is in fact mankinds first attempts at contacting beings from outer space. Why is this site being built in plain sight of the entire D.C. area? Simple, what better way to show off then to have our intergalactic teleporter be built within arms reach of the Washington Monument. Two of our and soon to be great structures hand and hand reflecting off the surface of the Potomac.
