State of the Business
With John in Alaska for the summer and my work schedule it would appear that Sean Malloy Productions is taking the summer off, nothing could be further from the truth. John is filming stock footage of Alaska to use in a forth coming film and I will be printing and sending out the Waldo DVDs as well as build a website and find a primary location for the Sean Malloy Studio. We'll be covering every step of the process as we attempt to set up as professional an office as our limitations will allow. Brainstorming sessions have been held with various third parties representatives in efforts to have a script ready to shoot by the fall.
On a related note, later this summer our old camera man Paul is having a film festival and has propositioned us to screen the "Where's Waldo Saga." I have accepted and we hope to bring a wider audience into the Waldo universe. More details on the festival will come as soon as I hear word.
Also for anyone in the Ft. Hunt area with a Wii, the official Sean Malloy Mii will be mingling this afternoon if he one would like to throw him onto thei baseball team or their bowling backgrounds. A review of the Wii will be posted soon with in-depth screenshot analysis and videos of gameplay, both on and off screen.
For anyone expecting a Waldo DVD in the mail they will be shipping out later this week or
possibly early next week.
As an extra goodies here is an amazing RAW shot of the city of Tokyo, makes a great background:

Ladies Ladies Ladies -- Volume 1
New Movies This Weekend! June 1st, 2007
The only thing you should be seeing this weekend is "Knocked Up" I mean how could you not want to see the adventures and raunchiness that you've come to expect from the Judd Apatow Clan.
Reviews of "The Ex", "Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End", and "28 Weeks Later" coming soon!

The Machine being built right under our nose
We've been told that a brand new multi million dollar hotel/ casino filled swanky restaurants and boutiques, but we aren't being told everything. If you look closely you may notice that this construction site is in fact a facade for something of much greater importance. The National Harbor located on the Potomac is billing itself as: "Introducing National Harbor, the place that changes everything. How you live. How you work. How you shop. How you play.
More information soon.
This premier destination is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. An exciting, sprawling community that includes fine restaurants, unparalleled shopping, stunning office space and lavish residences. There’s also Gaylord National, the largest hotel in the Washington, D.C. area and the largest non-gaming combined hotel and convention center on the entire east coast. National Harbor brings together recreation, work, living and entertainment in a way that has never been done before."
Sounds like a sham to me. The secrecy surrounding this 'Harbor' has led me to believe that the U.S. Government is in fact building "The Machine" that was used in the movie 'Contact' for the purpose of meeting with intelligent life outside of our solar system.
Notice anything? I'll be using advanced photo analysis software to bring you all further proof that this new site on the shores on Maryland is in fact mankinds first attempts at contacting beings from outer space. Why is this site being built in plain sight of the entire D.C. area? Simple, what better way to show off then to have our intergalactic teleporter be built within arms reach of the Washington Monument. Two of our and soon to be great structures hand and hand reflecting off the surface of the Potomac.More information soon.

Evolution of the Joker
I know everyone in the movie/comic nerd niche has seen this picture over the past few days but I'm going to post it anyways. What do I happen to think of this approach to the Clown Prince of Crime? It's amazing! This is such a dark take and shows that the crew behind "The Dark Knight" are not pandering for dollars but are willing to take a big leap and have a disgusting disfigured lead villain to face off against Batman. What I'm wondering is just how his face got that way I don't think a vat of acid would have the power to slice a smile into your face. Hopefully a Batarang barely misses its mark and gives the Joker the smile he gives to his victims. That would really make for some strong hatred towards the Bat. Well speculate away because we have 14 months before we know for sure.
SOUL DRACULA says COME IN LITTLE GIRL
This song is amazing. I don't know where it came from but it really is rather catchy and should have been a huge hit. I keep replaying the piano part after "Let me do it!" This is a perfect song for the upcoming Halloween celebrations I know everyone is planning for. Actually I'd put this song on at any party and people would be booty shakin to the blood sucking antics. I hope there are more great songs by Hot Blood because this really is a hidden classic amongst the Horror Disco genre. Download: Soul Dracula by: Hot Blood

New Movies This Weekend! May 11th, 2007
28 Weeks Later
The follow-up to the brilliant for an hour sort of zombie movie from Danny "The Beach" Boyle. This time directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo. From what I hear this one is just brutal and hands your ass to you on a silver platter and then makes you eat your own ass with a knife and fork. If I see this movie this weekend then I'll review it, how's that for an original idea?
The Ex
Once known as "Fast Track" this light comedy from the guy that brought you the Foo Fighter's "Learn to Fly" looks to be a solid 90 minute yuckster. Although if Jason Bateman were not the wheelchair bound villain I wouldn't even be mentioning this flick. It's PG-13 and has been pushed back a number of times so all I'm expecting is a decent Farrelly Bros. copy and paste and hopefully some sly winking nods to the glory that was Arrested Development. Will have a review if I do in fact see it.
Those are really the only too that I feel comfortable putting the trailers up for, the rest of this weekend's major releases are as follows:
Delta Farce -- A Comedy about the Iraq War starring Larry the Cable Guy (way too many oxymorons in that phrase)
Georgia Rule -- The man who brought us the prostitute with a heart of gold returns with yet another flick that should keep every vagina pleased until Knocked Up or Nancy Drew is released. Also I'm pretty sure this will be Lindsey Lohan's first oral sex scene. So that's a plus.
Home of the Brave -- From IMDB: Three soldiers struggle to readjust to life at home after returning home from a lengthy tour in Iraq. The Iraq War as a tragedy, this would make a nice double bill with Delta Farce for the Red Stater in all of us. Also Jessica Biel is in it, and 50 Cent.
That's all folks! Come back on Monday for a review for one of these films. Place your bets now!

What has been going on?
Well here we are it's May 9th, 100+ days since the last post. I'm not even sure I posted a review of the screening on this thing, I have a new job, John is leaving an old job, Waldo DVDs are ready to mail out, all that aside Sean Malloy Productions is going outside the Continental U.S.A. and developing an Alaska branch. The Sean Malloy members of the Alaska crew will consist of John Bradley and Kevin Sharp. With a surprise visit from myself sometime in a later episode. Expect a lot of nature footage to be coming out of the wilderness as John plans to shoot as much footage as possible and comply it into a documentary or perhaps use stock footage shot in Alaska to make an actual movie about god knows what. I believe John Bradley is going to have his site up and running with a lot of updates I'll try to keep it all in line for my loyal readers.
As for the Alexandria branch, I have a new job as a Vice President/ Office Manager of a construction company that offers me loads of time to brainstorm new ideas and start getting this blog back into fighting shape. With the money from this job I will be looking to purchase an HD camera and start shooting stock and mini films to post on here and on YouTube. The goal is to get really comfortable with the camera and then when John moves back we'll both have plenty of free time on the weekends to truly get moving along with this business.
As for "Where's Waldo: The Second Coming" there are 50 DVDs in existence, 25 with one menu system and 25 with a different menu. The only thing that needs to be done is printing up the covers and placing them into standard issue DVD cases. The artwork has been finalized for many months and does look very spiffy sitting on a shelf. OH RIGHT, after printing out the covers we still need to sign and number each DVD so you know you are getting a one of a kind original from Sean Malloy Productions.
I'm going to try and post at least one thing everyday so feel free to stop in anytime and check out what's new over at the Sean Malloy Production Office Alexandria or Alaska Branch.
